Are the Brits starting to get a clue?

Yesterday LauraW wrote a post citing the British Health Secretary’s report that sex education and improved access to birth control had failed to reduce teen pregnancy rates. She didn’t talk about it, but the report also mentioned that despite Britain’s universal health care, the gap in care between the wealthy and the poor was growing.

Then today Instapundit linked to a British study which says that games with guns and roughhousing are good for boys’ development.
